You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your username. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Eviction.Law provides services for generating and serving eviction notices. Our services are intended for landlords and property owners.
Users must create an account to access services.
There is only one account type: free to sign up, with one-time payments per eviction notice service.
Users must comply with all applicable laws.
Illegal activities, fraudulent claims, and misuse of services are strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide for eviction notices.
All services require a one-time payment per eviction notice production/serving.
Payments are processed exclusively via PayPal.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a payment is made.
All content generated through Eviction.Law is owned by JZ Law Group DBA Eviction.Law.
Users may not copy or reuse platform content outside of the service.
We collect personal data, including emails and payment information.
We share data with third parties as necessary for service fulfillment.

We are not responsible for third-party content.
We do not guarantee the legal validity of eviction notices.
We are not liable for any incorrect information entered by users.
Users should consult legal counsel before using eviction notices.
All city and state laws apply.
Disputes will be settled in-house.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users for violations.
Users can delete their accounts.
User data is deleted upon account termination; however, Notice data is retained in our databases.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be displayed at the top of the ToS page.
